Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Generalist role based in Bengaluru North.

The Human Resources

Generalist will handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR records. The role involves implementing and communicating HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and coordinating training or development activities. The HR Generalist will manage employee benefits and liaise with vendors, assist with benefits administration, and address employee queries. The position also includes supporting recruitment activities,



ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) with experience in generalist HR responsibilities.
- Skills in HR Management and the ability to support day-to-day HR operations and processes.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and experience in implementing and communicating them effectively.
- Understanding of Employee Advantages and practical experience in Benefits Administration.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software and basic MS Office skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a recruitment or consultancy environment is beneficial.
