? **Experience: 0–1 Year | Freshers with relevant HR internship experience can applyJob Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.Role & responsibil itiesAssist in end-to-e nd recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.Coordinate campus recruitment drives, including communication with colleges, scheduling, candidate coordination, and selection process support.Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, joining, and exit formalities.Maintain and update employe e records, HR documents, and personnel files.Monitor attendance, leave,

and regularization and support payroll-related activities.Coordinate employee insuran ce activities, including enrollment, updates, renewals, and claim-related support.Prepare and maintain HR letters, reports,



and employee-related documents.Support employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.Handle employee queries rel ated to HR policies, attendance, leave, insurance, and general HR matters.Assist with HR statutory and compliance-related activities.Assist in annual appraisal and salary revision processes.Coordinate with departments and site teams for HR-related requirements.Ensure confidentiality and proper maintenance of employee information and records.Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.Preferred candidat e profileGood knowledge of
