Role Description The Human Resources Executive will handle the day-to-day HR operations for the hotel, including administering HR policies, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and maintaining employee records.

Responsibilities include coordinating staff training and development, managing attendance and leave, and assisting with payroll inputs and statutory compliance in line with company standards. The role also involves addressing employee queries,



supporting employee engagement initiatives, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work culture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kalyan, requiring close collaboration with department heads and the central HR team.

Qualifications

- Solid HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills, with the ability to support end-to-end HR processes.
- Experience in HR Operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, documentation, and HRIS or HR software usage.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and statutory compliance relevant to the hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, with the capability to handle grievances, foster engagement, and promote an inclusive workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Prior experience in hospitality or service-oriented industries is preferred, along with the ability to work flexible hours when required.
