In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinating interviews, onboarding new team members, and ensuring a positive employee experience. You'll work closely with different departments to build a strong company culture while supporting day-to-day HR operations and helping Avian grow with the right people.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction.
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for various positions.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HR operations.
- Organize employee engagement activities and company events.
- Support performance management, appraisals, and employee development.
- Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and company guidelines.
- Handle employee queries and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with department heads to fulfill hiring and workforce requirements.
- Contribute to building a high-performance and people-first organization.
