We are looking for an experienced and skilled HR professional to join our team. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred, as we are looking to fill this position soon.

? Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

? Work Mode: Online initially → Office-based afterwards

? Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM EST

? Working Days: Monday to Saturday | 6 Days a Week

? What We’re Looking For

•⁠ ⁠Prior experience in Human Resources / HR Operations

•⁠ ⁠⁠Good understanding of employee lifecycle and HR processes

•⁠ ⁠⁠Solid communication and professional English

•⁠ ⁠⁠Ability to independently handle employee queries and HR coordination

•⁠ ⁠⁠Experience with attendance, leave management, employee records and HR documentation

•⁠ ⁠⁠Ability to maintain HR data and reports accurately

•⁠ ⁠⁠Good follow-up, organizational and problem-solving skills

•⁠ ⁠⁠Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote team environment

•⁠ ⁠⁠Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality and professionalism





Comfortable working according to the EST time zone

? Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination

•⁠ ⁠⁠Handle attendance, leaves, working hours and employee records

•⁠ ⁠⁠Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities

•⁠ ⁠⁠Maintain HR documentation and internal records

•⁠ ⁠⁠Address employee queries and concerns professionally

•⁠ ⁠⁠Assist with performance tracking and HR-related reporting

•⁠ ⁠⁠Coordinate with management and different teams on HR matters

•⁠ ⁠⁠Ensure HR processes and company policies are followed consistently

? Important The role will be online for the initial couple of months. After this period, the position will transition to office-based work at our Ahmedabad office.
