Role Description : The Human Resources & Admin Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role oversees end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation. The manager will handle administrative functions such as office management, vendor coordination, documentation, and compliance with relevant employment and workplace regulations.

Daily responsibilities include partnering with leadership on workforce planning, managing HR records and systems, addressing employee queries, and ensuring a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role also involves developing and updating HR and admin processes to support organizational growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management,



and employee relations.
- Has to have worked in a Travel BPO
- Has to have extensive travel recruitment experience for BPO through Manpower Consultants
- Skills in HR administration, office management, documentation, and coordination with vendors and service providers.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices in workplace policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR management tools, MS Office, and maintaining accurate HR and admin records.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across teams.
- Organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities to handle multiple HR and administrative priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in a HR & Admin Manager or similar role, preferably in the travel or service industry, is beneficial.
