HR Recruiter
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through Indeed, job portals, and databases.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
- Maintain candidate records and achieve recruitment targets.
Requirements
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
