Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Associate HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) to act as a strategic partner between the HR function and business teams, driving employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations for the assigned business unit.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders and managers to understand workforce needs and align HR strategy with business goals
- Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle management onboarding, performance reviews, engagement, and exit formalities
- Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and resolve them in a timely, professional manner
- Support performance management cycles, including goal-setting, appraisals, and PIP tracking
- Analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement scores, headcount) and share actionable insights with leadership




- Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and internal SOPs
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on manpower planning and hiring needs
- Support compensation, benefits, and rewards & recognition programs

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a Core HRBP role
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
- Sound understanding of HR processes, employee relations, and labor compliance
- Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced, night-shift environment
- Proficiency in MS Office/HRMS tools
