Role & responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and engagement.
- Manage performance appraisal and HR policies.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, and employee benefits.
- Ensure HR compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Maintain HR records and prepare HR reports for management
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Solid communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
- Good knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HRMS.
