About the Role

Elcom Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and people-focused People & Culture Manager to lead and strengthen our People & Culture function.

The role will be responsible for managing Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, HR Operations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, HR Policies, and People Development initiatives. The ideal candidate should be a solid HR professional who can work closely with business leaders, understand organizational needs, and translate them into effective people practices.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, strong stakeholder management, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

- Lead end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Technology, Corporate, and other business functions.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and workforce plans.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, consultants, and other channels.
- Manage senior, managerial, specialist, and critical hiring requirements.
- Drive salary discussions, negotiations, offer management, and offer-to-joining conversion.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future business requirements.
- Track and improve recruitment metrics including Hiring TAT, Time to Hire, Cost per Hire, Quality of Hire, and Offer-to-Joining Ratio.
- Manage recruitment consultants and external hiring partners.
- Strengthen employer branding and recruitment initiatives.

1. People & Culture Strategy

- Develop and implement People & Culture initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Partner with leadership to identify people-related challenges and provide practical HR solutions.
- Contribute to building a strong, collaborative, performance-driven, and employee-centric culture.
- Identify opportunities to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
- Support leadership in people planning, organization structure, and workforce-related decisions.

1. Performance Management

- Drive the performance appraisal and review cycle.
- Support managers in setting KRAs, KPIs, goals, and performance expectations.
- Facilitate performance discussions and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.




- Identify high performers and support talent development and succession planning.
- Ensure performance management practices are consistent and aligned with business objectives.

1. Employee Engagement & Experience

- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives and people programs.
- Conduct employee feedback, surveys, 1:1 discussions, and engagement activities.
- Identify employee concerns and work with managers to resolve them effectively.
- Promote a positive workplace culture based on collaboration, accountability, learning, and growth.
- Support employee recognition and retention initiatives.

1. HR Operations & Policies

- Oversee core HR operations including onboarding, induction, employee lifecycle management, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Ensure employee records and HR documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Oversee attendance, leave, HRMS, payroll inputs, and other HR processes.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and processes as required.
- Ensure HR processes are consistent, efficient, and employee-friendly.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on statutory compliance and HR documentation.

1. Employee Relations & Conflict Management

- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on people-related matters.
- Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Support managers in resolving employee relations and performance-related issues.
- Facilitate constructive communication between employees and management.
- Ensure appropriate documentation and follow-up on employee-related cases.

1. Learning & Development

- Identify training and development needs across teams.
- Coordinate internal and external learning initiatives.
- Support leadership development and manager capability-building programs.
- Encourage continuous learning and professional development across the organization.

1. HR MIS & Analytics

- Prepare and present HR MIS and people dashboards for leadership.
- Track key people metrics including:
- Headcount & Attrition
- Hiring & Recruitment TAT
- Employee Turnover
- Absenteeism
- Performance & Productivity




- Employee Engagement
- Cost-related HR metrics
- Use HR data and insights to support business and people-related decisions.

1. Team & Stakeholder Management

- Build strong relationships with business leaders, managers, and employees.
- Guide and mentor junior HR/P&C; team members.
- Ensure effective delegation, follow-up, and execution of HR activities.
- Work closely with Finance, Admin, Business, and Leadership teams on cross-functional initiatives.
- Take ownership of HR projects and drive them from planning through implementation.

Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in Human Resources / People & Culture.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.
- Experience in SaaS, IT, Technology, or a fast-growing organization is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the complete employee lifecycle.
- Proven experience in managing stakeholders and working directly with business leaders.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent management practices.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and HR analytics/MIS.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with maturity and confidentiality.
- Strong ownership, decision-making, follow-up, and execution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
