Job Purpose The HR Manager leads core human resource functions for

Glee Grub India Pvt Ltd, focusing on Bun Makkhan Chai

(BMC) outlets and central operations. This role oversees end-to-end recruitment, store-level manpower planning,

payroll processing, employee relations, and compliance. The

HR Manager ensures smooth onboarding, reduces staff turnover in QSR/caf teams, and builds a supportive,

productive work environment aligned with company growth.

KRA /Accountabilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for store crew, shift supervisors, kitchen staff, store managers, and corporate roles.
- Coordinate with hiring portals, local agencies, and field networks to maintain a active candidate pipeline.
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, documentation,

and uniform issuing for new joiners.
- Manage daily attendance tracking, shift roster alignment,

leave management, and monthly payroll processing.
- Handle frontline staff grievances, resolve conflict, and conduct exit interviews to control attrition.
- Enforce company HR policies, code of conduct, store discipline, and local labor law compliance.
- Organize training sessions on customer service, hygiene,

POS usage,



and store SOPs in partnership with operational managers.
- Maintain accurate employee files, digital HR records, and employment contracts for all Bareilly staff.

Known Exp

- Retail & F&B; Hiring: Solid experience in volume sourcing for frontline caf, kitchen, and QSR staff.
- Payroll & HRMS: Practical understanding of payroll execution, attendance reconciliation, and HR software handling.
- Employee Engagement: Ability to communicate clearly with floor staff and resolve workplace concerns smoothly.
- Labor Compliance: Basic knowledge of local labor laws,

statutory rules, and store discipline management.

Pref. Qualification:

Education & Experience:

- Education: Masters Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in

Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of core HR experience, preferably within the F&B;, QSR, retail, or hospitality sector.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience managing HR operations , preferably in F &

B industry

- Hands-on comfort with tools like MS Excel, Keka, POS software, and online job platforms.
