About the Role
We are hiring an HR Intern! You'll own sourcing and screening end-to-end, gaining real hands-on exposure.
Role & responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn and other channels
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines
- Liaise with hiring stakeholders on requirements and feedback
- Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation
Preferred candidate profile
- Pursuing/recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Commerce, or related field
- Strong communication and outreach skills
- Comfortable working independently in a quick-paced setup
