Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Headhunter with solid expertise in end-to-end recruitment, headhunting, and passive candidate sourcing. Experience in recruiting for Talent Solutions, Technology, IT, or related roles is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business hiring needs.

Identify, attract, and engage passive candidates through headhunting, LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, social media, and referrals.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews, selection, offer coordination, and onboarding.

Conduct resume screening, phone/video interviews, and behavioral & competency-based assessments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and professional networks for future hiring needs.





Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines.

Maintain talent pipelines and recruitment trackers/ATS records.

Stay updated on industry trends, talent markets, and innovative sourcing techniques to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness.

Requirements

Proven experience in headhunting, passive sourcing, and full-cycle recruitment.

Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong business writing, presentation, listening, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport, influence candidates, and manage stakeholder relationships.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Experience with recruitment tools, ATS, LinkedIn, and online sourcing platforms.

Talent Solutions / Technology / IT recruitment experience is an advantage.
