Position: HR Executive – Hospital

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, technicians, and hospital support staff.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and HR records.
- Coordinate interviews, joining formalities, and employee induction.
- Support payroll inputs, shift schedules, and employee grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with hospital HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee databases and prepare regular HR reports.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staffing requirements.
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.

Skills Required:

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Basic knowledge of payroll, attendance, and labour compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Hospital/Healthcare HR experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
