We’re growing rapidly and are looking for a proactive HR Executive to build a strong internal culture and support our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

As an HR Executive, you will oversee core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. This is a strategic role focused on creating a productive and people-first culture that aligns with G Cube Studios’ growth vision.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding

- Manage the entire hiring process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for current joiners.

Employee Engagement & Relations
- Be the point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Resolve conflicts, promote open communication, and organize employee engagement activities.

Performance & Training
- Support performance appraisal cycles and help managers with feedback processes.
- Identify training needs and organize internal/external learning sessions.





Compliance & HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, HR documents, and handle statutory compliance.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll support, and benefits administration.

Strategic Support
- Collaborate with leadership on HR strategies and workforce planning.
- Recommend and implement HR best practices to enhance productivity and morale.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a design, creative, or service industry.
- Working knowledge of HR software (Zoho People, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
