: The person will be responsible for the entire gamut of employee life cycle activities in the HR domain. These include:

- HR Policy Development & evangelizing the same

- Defining Key Result Areas for all roles
- Annual Appraisal Cycle
- Compensation & Benefit Review
- Employee Engagement through planned touch time, fun @ work initiatives
- Training Need Identification & Training Calendar Development
- Alumni Initiative

Desired Profile Education: Postgraduate with Majors in Psychology or MMS/PGDBA in Human Resources

Experience: Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience
