About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR professional with strong HR Operations and HRBP experience. The role will partner with business leaders and employees to manage the employee lifecycle, employee engagement, performance initiatives, employee relations, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the HRBP and primary HR point of contact for assigned business teams.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including joining, confirmation, transfers, movements and exits.
- Drive employee engagement, R&R; and people initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, grievances and conflict resolution.
- Support performance management, talent development and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate HRMS and employee records.
- Track HR metrics and provide insights to business leaders.




- Work closely with stakeholders to resolve employee and operational issues.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in HRBP, HR Operations, HR Generalist or Employee Relations.
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle and HR processes.
- Good understanding of HR policies and statutory/labour compliance.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and HRMS.
- Robust problem-solving, ownership and execution skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
