ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an HR Business Partner Retail to partner closely with the retail business of Transsion India across TECNO, Infinix, itel and TekEasy retail stores. This is a strongly business-facing HRBP role focused on workforce productivity, retail operations, incentives, hiring and people strategy. The candidate should bring robust retail business acumen and the ability to translate business priorities into effective people solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Retail Business Partnering – Partner with business leaders on retail growth, productivity, workforce planning and people priorities.
- Retail Manpower Management – Own manpower planning, deployment, productivity, manpower cost and workforce optimization across retail locations.
- Contract Manpower Management – Manage contract workforce and manpower vendors; ensure workforce readiness, governance and cost effectiveness.
- Promotion & Retail Management – Support promotions, launches, new-store requirements and seasonal business cycles; stay ahead of evolving retail needs.
- Incentive Management – Partner on retail incentive design, implementation and effectiveness to drive sales, productivity and business outcomes.
- Quality Hiring – Drive quality and timely hiring with TA; build talent pipelines aligned to retail expansion and business requirements.
- Performance & Retention – Monitor productivity,



attrition and engagement; implement interventions to improve workforce performance and retention.
- HR Analytics & Insights – Track headcount, productivity, attrition, hiring, manpower cost and incentives and provide actionable business insights.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 8–10 years of experience with strong experience in the retail industry. Experience with large retail chains / organized retail is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, retail ecosystem and workforce dynamics.
- Proven experience in manpower management, contract workforce, incentives and promotion management.
- Strong exposure to quality hiring and talent planning in a distributed retail environment.
- Strong commercial and business acumen with the ability to understand revenue, productivity and profitability drivers.

• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
