We are looking for an HR Associate with recruitment knowledge. The primary responsibility will be handling recruitment activities along with basic HR operations support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for the recruitment process.
- Manage onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee documentation and HR records.
- Support attendance and payroll inputs.
- Maintain HR MIS and HRMS data.
Skills Required
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Understanding of payroll processes.
- MS Excel and HRMS knowledge.
Qualification
- HM /MBA / Graduate with HR experience preferred.
