HRIS Support Analyst

· Having 2+ years of HR knowledge with Success Factors / Workday and any HR tool/ERP.

· Candidate should demonstrate and have a positive combination of HR Functional / ERP- HR Technologies support / business operations / business application analysis skills

· Serve as the initial point of contact for support requests, including ticket classification on, prioritisation and assignment.

· Manage service requests, escalating them to the appropriate functional or technical support teams and following through to closure.

· Deliver functional and technical application support within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs), while minimizing breaches and maintaining process accuracy.

· Respond promptly to request during assigned shifts, take appropriate corrective ac on,



escalate when necessary, and keep business stakeholders informed.

· Perform in-depth troubleshoot of application and systems and resolve minor issues occurring during business hours.

· Collaborate with IT, Level 3 support, business teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate merely ticket resolution.

· Take proactive measures to prevent recurring issues and reduce the volume and impact of support cases.

· Maintain data security and confidentiality throughout all support processes, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and controls.
