Job Summary

ITVC Fit My Job Private Limited is looking for a motivated and experienced HR Trainer / HR Faculty to join our academic team in Manjeri, Malappuram.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Human Resources, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to deliver practical and engaging HR training sessions to students. Candidates with experience in HR training, teaching, recruitment, payroll, or HR operations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical, interactive, and engaging HR training sessions.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, assessments, and other academic resources.
- Provide career guidance and interview preparation support to students.
- Support students in developing practical HR and employability skills.
- Coordinate with the Academic Team for curriculum planning and delivery.
- Maintain student attendance, punctuality, and academic records.
- Monitor student participation and learning progress.
- Follow organizational policies, procedures, and professional standards.





Eligibility & Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources (HR) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in HR Training, Teaching, Recruitment, Payroll, or HR Operations is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with students.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

Working Details

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Break: 1-hour break

Probation Period: 6 months, as per company policy

Food & Accommodation: Not provided

Age Limit: 22–35 years (Flexible)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
