RNV Solution is hiring a motivated Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive to generate leads and support sales for IT, Networking, and CCTV solutions. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining services, and fixing appointments for the sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses
- Explain company services:
- CCTV & Surveillance Systems
- Networking & WiFi Solutions
- IT Hardware & AMC Services
- Generate leads and schedule site visits or demos
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow-ups
- Maintain call and lead records (Excel/CRM)
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Requirements:




- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
- Comfortable with cold calling and customer interaction
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling tools)
- Ability to convince and handle objections

Preferred Skills
- Telecalling or sales experience
- IT / CCTV / networking sales exposure (added advantage)
- Target-oriented mindset
