About the Role
As a Enterprise Solution Architect specializing in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, Snowflake, and play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge data solutions for our healthcare and Insurance clients. designs and oversees an organization's complete data strategy, creating blueprints for how data is stored, integrated, and used to meet business goals, ensuring data governance, quality, and security, and bridging business needs with technical data solutions across systems like data warehouses, lakes, and AI platforms
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Vision: Develop and maintain the overall enterprise data strategy and roadmap, design high-performance, and cost-effective data solutions aligning it with business objectives.
Architecture Design: Create blueprints for data management systems, including data warehouses, data lakes, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Snowflake).
Governance & Standards: Establish data principles, policies, metadata management, access controls, and ensure compliance.



Ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Collaboration: Work with business leaders, data engineers, analysts, and IT to translate requirements into technical solutions. Work closely with development teams to translate architectural designs into scalable and efficient systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytics requirements and deliver integrated solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex
technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Data Flow & Integration: Design and manage data flows, integrations, and transformations across disparate systems.
Data Quality & Security: Implement frameworks for data quality, security, and risk mitigation (duplication, loss).
Innovation: Guide adoption of current technologies, including Gen AI, Agentic AI, and machine lear
