Role Overview

The Shift Incharge is responsible for smooth shift-level operations, ensuring correct order flow, hygiene compliance, team coordination, and timely dispatch of orders during their assigned shift.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who understands delivery operations and can manage pressure during peak hours.
- Manage end-to-end operations during the assigned shift
- Ensure smooth order processing and correct packing for all delivery orders
- Coordinate rider handovers and manage delays proactively
- Maintain Flax hygiene, quality, and SOP standards:
- Supervise outlet staff during the shift and ensure discipline
- Handle basic customer complaints and escalate when required
- Coordinate with Outlet Manager and Central Kitchen team
- Ensure outlet cleanliness and readiness at all times




- Support daily reports related to sales, complaints, and wastage

Required Skills & Experience
- 6 months - 2 years experience as Shift Incharge / Team Leader / QSR staff
- Experience with online portal order handling preferred
- Basic understanding of hygiene, food safety, and SOPs
- Positive communication and team coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
