Job Title: GeM/Tender Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
Location: Ashok Vihar, New Delhi
Experience: 1-3 years (preferred)

We are looking for a GeM Portal Executive to manage end-to-end operations on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The role involves catalog management, bid participation, and coordination with OEMs to ensure smooth order execution and compliance with GeM guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Upload, update, and manage product catalogs on the GeM portal in compliance with GeM norms
- Participate in online bids, BOQs, and reverse auctions on GeM
- Coordinate with OEMs / authorized partners for pricing, product details, approvals, and documentation
- Monitor bid status, order placement, and ensure timely responses on the portal
- Handle order processing, invoicing, and delivery coordination as per GeM timelines
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with government procurement policies
- Resolve queries raised by buyers or GeM authorities




- Maintain records of bids, orders, OEM communications, and portal activities
- Stay updated with the latest GeM policies, SOPs, and amendments

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal:
- Experience in catalog uploading, bidding, and order management on GeM
- Positive coordination and communication skills to liaise with OEMs and internal teams
- Attention to detail and ability to meet strict timelines
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- Prior experience handling GeM operations in B2G / government procurement:
- Familiarity with OEM coordination and compliance documentation
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple bids simultaneously
