Machine Operation: Set up and operate manual or CNC lathe machines to perform turning, boring, threading, facing, drilling, and knurling.
- Setup and Calibration: Install, align, and secure cutting tools, jigs, and fixtures, adjusting machine controls (speed, feed rate) based on material specifications.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read technical drawings, blueprints, or job orders to determine the required dimensions and sequences.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using precision tools like micrometers, dial indicators, and calipers to ensure they meet engineering specifications.
- Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning and preventative maintenance on machines and tools to ensure optimal functionality.
- Safety Adherence: Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a clean work area to prevent accidents.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,813.75 per month
