Job Title: Medical Biller

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Biller to manage billing processes, insurance claims, and payment collections for healthcare services. The role ensures accurate submission of claims, timely reimbursements, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit medical claims to insurance companies and patients
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and advantages
- Ensure accurate coding of diagnoses, procedures, and treatments (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
- Follow up on unpaid, denied, or rejected claims
- Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to insurance queries
- Post payments, adjustments, and denials accurately in billing systems
- Generate billing reports and maintain accurate patient records
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with medical coders, providers, and front-office staff





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Healthcare Management, Medical Billing, or related field
- Strong knowledge of medical billing procedures and insurance guidelines
- Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding standards
- Proficiency in medical billing software and MS Excel
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Medical Billing (CPB, CPC, or equivalent)
- Experience with US healthcare billing (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance)

Compensation
- As per company standards and experience

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
