We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Safety Auditor to join our dynamic team in the FMCG/Food Manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 4-5 years in food safety auditing within the FMCG/Food Manufacturing sector.
- Knowledge of relevant food safety regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with quality assurance and control processes in food production.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Certification in Food Safety (e.g., HACCP, SQF, BRC) is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes, facilities, and documentation to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective food safety management systems.
- Identify potential hazards, risks,



and deviations in food safety protocols and recommend corrective actions.
- Analyze data and trends related to food safety to provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Create detailed audit reports and communicate findings to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to address and resolve food safety concerns.
- Develop and conduct training programs on food safety practices for employees at all
- levels.
- Participate in the development and implementation of food safety policies and procedures.

Represent the company during regulatory inspections and audits

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
