Key Responsibilities:
AI Image + Creative Production
- Create AI-generated product/lifestyle images for Meta ads (Feed, Stories, Reels covers)
- Generate background variations, scenes, compositions while keeping product look premium
- Produce multiple creative variants for A/B testing (hooks, layouts, angles, colors, themes)

AI Video + Motion
- Create short AI-assisted video creatives (6-20 sec) for performance ads
- Convert static creatives into motion (simple animation, transitions, kinetic text, UGC-style overlays)
- Build variations of the same concept quickly for scaling campaigns

Performance-First Creative Thinking
- Translate a brief into transparent ad concepts: Hook → Problem → Proof → CTA
- Create creatives aligned to USP (grip, alignment cues, foldability, premium build, etc.)
- Maintain a creative tracker: concept, hook, format, output, versioning, and learnings

Brand & Quality Control
- Follow brand style: clean, premium,

- Ensure visual consistency: typography, spacing, color palettes, product accuracy
- Avoid “AI-looking” outputs—deliver realistic, conversion-friendly creatives

Workflow & Collaboration
- Work with the performance team to deliver creatives weekly (batches)
- Organize assets in Drive: formats, naming, sizes, source files, prompts
- Document reusable prompts/workflows so the team can replicate

Tools You’ll Use (Good to Have)
- Midjourney / DALL-E / Leonardo / Ideogram (any one is fine)
- Photoshop / Canva / Figma (basic editing)
- CapCut / Premiere / After Effects (any one)
- Runway / Pika / Kaiber (optional for AI video)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
