We are looking for proactive graduates to join our team as Field Coordinators to support the on-ground execution of our projects. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fieldwork, community interaction, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits and support project activities on-site
- Coordinate with schools, local partners, and community stakeholders
- Collect field data, maintain records, and share updates with the central team
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and field-level activities
- Ensure timely completion of assigned field tasks
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with local institutions
- Follow project guidelines and maintain professionalism during all interactions

Eligibility




- Graduate in any discipline (fresh graduates welcome)
- Willingness to travel locally for field work
- Own laptop and reliable internet connection
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

Preferred Skills
- Two-wheeler for field travel
- Familiarity with local areas and routes
- Ability to work independently and solve field-level challenges

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
