Position: Assistant Professor - BHM (Bachelor of Hotel Management)

Key Responsibilities:

-
- Teach undergraduate courses in Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM)
- Guide students in research work, projects, internships, and dissertations
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching notes, presentations, and academic content
- Conduct classroom teaching, practical sessions, seminars, and presentations
- Evaluate students through examinations, assignments, practicals, and continuous assessment
- Participate in curriculum development, syllabus revision, and departmental meetings
- Engage in academic activities such as workshops, FDPs, national and international seminars, and conferences
- Contribute to research, publications, and other academic initiatives of the department
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and academic records of students




- Perform internal and external examination duties as assigned by the University

Required Qualifications:

-
- Ph.D. in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Tourism Management (mandatory)
- Master’s Degree in Hotel Management (MHM) from a recognized university
- NET Qualified (UGC / NTA) or exempted as per UGC norms
- Strong academic background in Hospitality & Hotel Management disciplines
- Good communication, teaching, and research skills
- Prior teaching and/or industry experience will be preferred
