Job Title: Cold Forging (Header) Operator
Department: Production
Reporting To: Production Supervisor / Plant Manager
Location:MIDC Waluj, Chh. Sambhajinagar

Requisites
Education: 10th / 12th Pass

Experience: 1-5 years in cold forging / header machines

Fastener or automotive experience preferred

Experience with Stainless Steel (SS) material preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate cold forging / header machines (Indian & Taiwan make).
- Fit and adjust dies, punches, tools, and feeders.
- Check machine lubrication, alignment, and settings before starting.




- Monitor production and ensure correct dimensions and finish.
- Measure parts using vernier, micrometer, gauges, and projector.
- Record production, rejection, and downtime details.
- Identify defects and inform supervisor or maintenance.
- Follow safety rules, wear PPE, and maintain machine cleanliness.

Skills Required:
- Knowledge of cold forging process and tooling
- Ability to read drawings and tolerances
- Valuable machine handling and measuring skills
- Basic troubleshooting and teamwork skills.
