Job Title: Project Coordinator (Civil & Mechanical)
Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Coordinator with solid civil and mechanical engineering knowledge to support project planning, coordination, and execution. The role involves close coordination with site teams, consultants, vendors, and clients to ensure timely completion of civil and mechanical works as per specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination
- Coordinate civil and mechanical project activities between site, office, consultants, and vendors
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and execution of works
- Track project milestones, progress, and deliverables

Civil & Mechanical Scope
- Support execution of civil works such as RCC, finishing, foundations, and structural works
- Coordinate mechanical works including HVAC, piping, fire-fighting, plumbing, and equipment installation
- Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications related to civil and mechanical works
- Ensure proper sequencing and interface between civil and mechanical activities





Site & Documentation
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, approvals, and records
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and MOMs
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
- Track material submittals, approvals, and deliveries

Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards
- Support implementation of safety guidelines and site procedures
- Assist during audits, inspections, and client handovers

Commercial & Coordination Support
- Assist in tracking quantities, variations, and extra items
- Support billing, invoices, and basic cost control
- Coordinate with procurement for timely material availability

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering

Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or site coordination
- Experience in construction, EPC
