Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings including layouts, working drawings, and GFC drawings:
- Coordinate with site execution teams to ensure drawings are implemented correctly
- Conduct regular site visits and resolve design-related execution issues
- Coordinate with structural consultants, MEP teams, and vendors:
- Assist in material specifications, BOQs, and quantity checks:
- Support project planning, timelines, and execution documentation
- Participate in client meetings for design clarification and approvals




- Ensure drawings comply with construction feasibility and site conditions

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 1-5 years of relevant experience (site-oriented experience preferred)
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD (mandatory)
- SketchUp
- MS Office
- Lumion / Enscape (preferred)
- Solid understanding of construction drawings, materials, and execution practices:
- Ability to coordinate between design and site teams:
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
