We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive to handle procurement activities for our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor sourcing and negotiation
- Purchase of construction materials and site requirements
- Price comparison and cost control
- Preparing purchase orders and maintaining records
- Coordinating with site, stores, and accounts teams
- Ensuring timely delivery of materials

Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of purchase/procurement experience
- Experience in construction or real estate industry preferred
- Valuable negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation
- Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: Office-based

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
