Job Title: Landscape Architect

Overview:
The Landscape Architect is responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the development of outdoor spaces that are functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing. This role involves collaborating with clients, engineers, and other professionals to create landscapes that enhance the natural environment while meeting project requirements and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present landscape design concepts, plans, and drawings using CAD and other design software.
- Conduct site analysis to assess environmental, topographical, and structural conditions.
- Prepare detailed construction documents, planting plans, and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and urban planners to integrate landscape designs with overall project goals.
- Select appropriate materials, plants, and features that align with sustainability and maintenance considerations.
- Oversee project implementation, ensuring designs are executed according to specifications and within budget.




- Ensure compliance with local zoning laws, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
- Engage with clients to understand their vision, provide design recommendations, and present project updates.
- Conduct post-installation evaluations to ensure landscape performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- Qualified licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Landscape Architect.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS tools.
- Strong understanding of horticulture, environmental design, and sustainable landscape practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with sustainable design and green infrastructure
