Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Counsel students/clients about educational services
- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments
- Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or telecalling
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work with targets
Preferred Qualification:
- Any graduate or diploma:
- Background in education / training / study abroad field is an added advantage
