We are looking for a proactive Client Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, ensure satisfaction, and build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Handle client inquiries, requests, and follow-ups professionally
- Build and maintain robust, long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Track client interactions and maintain accurate records
- Resolve client issues and escalate when required
- Support renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
- Collect client feedback and share insights with management

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline




- 1-4 years experience in client servicing / relationship management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
- Basic computer skills (MS Office / CRM tools)

Preferred Skills
- Experience in service or sales-driven environments
- CRM software knowledge
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
