Responsible for building and maintaining solid customer relationships, handling customer interactions, and ensuring high satisfaction levels in automobile sales or service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and feedback
- Coordinate between sales/service teams and customers
- Maintain customer database and CRM records
- Manage service reminders and appointment scheduling
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

Skills Required:
- Excellent communication & customer-handling skills
- Knowledge of automobile sales/service processes
- CRM and basic computer knowledge
- Problem-solving and coordination skills

Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate preferred
- 1-4 years experience in automobile showroom or service center

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
