Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Social Events & Wedding Sales Executive to drive sales for weddings and social events. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, venue and event sales, and end-to-end coordination from inquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries for weddings, social events, and private celebrations.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales presentations and negotiations.
- Conduct site visits and venue walkthroughs for prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, banquet, décor, catering) for seamless event execution.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and follow-ups with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, wedding planners, and vendors.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for social events and weddings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and revenue in CRM systems.
- Stay updated with wedding trends,



competitor offerings, and market pricing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality / Event Management preferred).
- 1-5 years of experience in wedding sales, banquet sales, or social event sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-management abilities.
- Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak wedding seasons.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with hotels, resorts, banquets, or wedding venues.
- Local market knowledge and vendor network is an advantage.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
