Junior BIM Architect:
Qualifications:




- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a related field
- 1-4 years of experience in BIM modeling, preferably on US or Canada-based projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Solid understanding of architectural and engineering concepts
- Proven expertise in 2D drafting and 3D modeling

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD
- Work on US- and Canada-based architectural projects while adhering to international standards
- Perform point cloud conversion and integrate point cloud data into BIM models
- Ensure BIM models comply with industry standards, best practices, and project requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve design and modeling challenges
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, quality, and consistency across all deliverables

Technical & Professional Skills:
- Experience with point cloud-to-BIM workflows
- Familiarity with BIM stan
