Job Title: Holiday Package Executive - International (Night Shift)

Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, customize, and sell international holiday packages:
- Handle inquiries related to flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and visas
- Coordinate with international suppliers, DMCs, and vendors
- Prepare quotations and itineraries as per client requirements
- Manage bookings, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations
- Provide post-sales support and resolve customer issues
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-ups
- Meet sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Prior experience in handling international holiday packages:
- Valuable knowledge of popular global destinations and travel products
- Ability to work independently during the night shift:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused with attention to detail
- Experience with travel systems/GDS is an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a travel agency preferred

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
