Job Title: Performance Marketer
Experience: 2+ Years (SaaS / Agency preferred)

Role Summary:
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns that drive qualified leads and revenue for SaaS or client brands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Plan and execute performance marketing strategies for lead generation and conversions
- Optimize landing pages and ad creatives for better ROI
- Track and analyze campaign performance
- Run A/B tests on ads, copy, and landing pages
- Prepare performance reports and insights

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing (SaaS or agency preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Robust understanding of funnels, attribution, and conversion tracking
- Analytical mindset with strong communication skills

Good to Have:
- Experience with B2B SaaS lead generation
- CRO and landing page optimization knowledge
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing
