Job Summary

The Sales Support Engineer will assist the sales team by managing techno-commercial enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating with customers, and providing technical support as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Process sales orders, purchase orders, invoicing, pricing, and stock checks (SAP/ERP).:
- Prepare and follow up on techno-commercial quotations.:
- Handle enquiries from new and existing customers.:
- Coordinate with Sales Engineers for regional requirements.:




- Provide technical clarification and support to customers.:
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely communication with customers.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support or a related role.:
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP training will be provided if required).:
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.:
- Robust technical aptitude with excellent communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
