Job Requirements
- Identify and target potential clients on online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Create and maintain an effective bidding strategy to secure projects.
- Write compelling proposals tailored to the requirements of each project.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant information about our services.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to secure new business.
- Maintain a database of bids, proposals, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Knowledge of IT services & technologies
- Stay updated with platform policies, trends, and best practices.
Skills & Experience
- Min. 6 months experience in the similar role
- Bachelor’s degree
- Robust understanding of Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other bidding platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
