As a Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in Hindi, you will be responsible for teaching Hindi language and literature to students typically in grades 1 to 9. Your primary objective will be to foster proficiency in Hindi language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension, while also promoting an appreciation for Hindi literature and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in Hindi language and literature, adhering to the prescribed curriculum and syllabus.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation, critical thinking, and cultural sensitivity among students.
- Employ a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and instructional technologies to accommodate diverse learning needs and styles.
- Assess student learning through a variety of formative and summative assessment methods, providing constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance,



and other relevant data for reporting and evaluation purposes.
- Collaborate with colleagues, department heads, and school administrators to develop and implement curriculum enhancements, cultural programs, and Hindi language initiatives.
- Promote a love for Hindi language and literature through extracurricular activities, such as poetry recitations, debates, and drama productions.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents/guardians, and other stakeholders to provide updates on student progress, academic expectations, and school events.
- Stay informed about current trends, developments, and best practices in Hindi language teaching and learning through professional development opportunities and networking.
- Uphold the values and ethos of the school community and contribute positively to its academic and cultural life.
