Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs for residential and group housing projects based on client needs and project requirements.
- Create detailed architectural drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and space planning to optimize design solutions.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and construction process.
- Prepare construction documents, specifications, and material selections, MEP drawings, furniture drawings.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Assist in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing construction progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and emerging technologies in architecture.
- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
- Create detailed floor plans, layouts, and specifications using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
- Select materials, furniture, lighting,



color schemes, and décor elements to enhance interior spaces.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution of projects.
- Oversee project progress, conduct site visits, and resolve any design-related issues that arise.
- Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable design practices, and new materials.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in architecture and interior design, preferably in [residential/commercial] projects.
