We are looking for a confident and motivated Tele caller to communicate with customers over the phone and provide information about our products/services.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls
- Explain services clearly to customers
- Answer customer calls, queries and resolve basic issues
- Maintain call records and customer details & Follow up.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi & English (any Native Language is Preferred) politely and confidently
- Basic computer knowledge
