Role Overview

This is a clinic-based psychology assistant role designed for psychology students or fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to mental health practice without providing independent therapy.

You will support day-to-day clinic operations, assist with documentation and coordination, and participate in learning activities under supervision. This role requires reliable presence, punctuality, and fixed working hours, as it directly supports client care and clinic flow.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with client documentation, intake details, and basic record maintenance
- Support therapists with session coordination and clinic flow
- Observe therapy sessions
- Assist during group sessions, workshops, and mental health events
- Participate in case discussions,



psychoeducation tasks, and reflective assignments
- Contribute to clinic content, awareness activities, or outreach initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct at all times

You’re a Good Fit If You
- Are studying psychology (UG/PG) or are a recent graduate
- Are at a beginner stage and willing to learn step by step
- Can commit to fixed clinic hours and value punctuality
- Are responsible, respectful, and open to guidance
- Understand the importance of confidentiality in mental health settings
