About the Role

We are looking for a Founder’s Office / Entrepreneur-in-Residence Intern to work remotely with the Founder on building and scaling Hospia.

This is a high-ownership, high-learning role for someone who wants real startup exposure and long-term growth opportunities.

You will work across strategy, operations, partnerships, and execution.

Key Responsibilities1️ Business & Strategy Support
- Assist in planning market expansion and city launches
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Support new business initiatives

2️ Operations & Execution




- Help manage daily workflows
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Improve remote processes and documentation

3️ Growth & Partnerships
- Support clinic onboarding and partner management
- Assist in outreach and relationship building
- Work on revenue experiments

4️ Data & Reporting
- Track business KPIs
- Prepare performance reports
- Analyze trends and insights

5️ Special Projects
- Lead founder-assigned initiatives
- Test and validate recent ideas
- Manage small projects independently
